On February 1st, Hydrogen Energy California re-opened its Information Center near the site of the project in the town of Buttonwillow. The center has diagrams, visuals and explanations of how the plan will operate. It is located in the center of Buttonwillow, across the street from the Kern County Sheriff’s substation.
