The California Energy Commission staff will conduct a data response workshop
for the proposed Hydrogen Energy California (HECA) project. All interested parties, agencies and members of the public
are invited to participate in the workshop which will be held:

6:00 p.m. – Public questions and comments

PURPOSE: The purpose of the workshop is to allow staff, the applicant, intervenors, interested agencies, and the public to discuss technical
disciplines related to the HECA Amended Application for Certification, filed on May 2, 2012, including but not limited to: the Occidental Elk Hills
planned use of HECA CO2 for enhanced oil recovery, Greenhouse Gas, Carbon Capture and Storage, and other topics as needed. Staff continues
to solicit public questions and comments related to the HECA project.
TRANSPORTATION AVAILABLE: Hydrogen Energy California is providing transportation to local residents, leaving from the HECA
Info Center at 189 Front Street in Buttonwillow at approximately 5pm, returning at the end of the workshop. Please call the Information Center
